MAKANAN KHAS KOREA ( Part 9 )

GALBI

Bahan :
 

• 1 kg Iga Sapi berdaging tebal

Bumbu :

• 1 sdm minyak wijen
• 2 sdm bawang bombay parut
• 100 g buah pir, parut

 
 
Bumbu Perendam :

• 300 ml Kecap asin
• 1 sdm gula pasir
• 2 siung bawang putih, parut
• ½ sdt merica bubuk
• 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
• 1 sdm lobak parut
• ½ sdt jahe parut
• 2 sdm biji wijen

 
 

 Pelengkap :

• Daun selada
• Daun kenip
• Irisan bawang putih dan cabai hijau
• Potongan wortel dan timun hijau

 
 
Cara Membuat :
 

• Simpan daging iga dalam freezer hingga setengah beku.
• Iris melintang tipis daging iga tetapi tidak sampai putus. 
• Balikkan iris kembali dengan cara yang sama hingga irisan daging memanjang dan tipis dengan potongan tulang iga di ujungnya.
• Kerat-kerat menyilang permukaan daging iga agar bumbu bisa meresap sempurna.
• Rendam iga dalam bumbu selama 3 jam hingga warnanya kecokelatan.
• Tiriskan iga lalu bakar di atas api arang sambil balik-balik hingga agak kering dan matang.
• Angkat, sajikan hangat dengan Pelengkapnya.

 Note : Sebelum dimakan, daging yang sudah dibungkus daun tersebut dicelupkan lebih dulu di dalam ssamjang, yakni saus yang terbuat dari campuran pasta kacang kedelai dan cabai merah.
